It’s a simple formula. What goes in calorie wise should be burned off through exercise. And remember that not all calories are created equal. A 2000 calorie diet made up of carbohydrates and fat is not going to yield the same results as a 2000 calorie diet made up of lean protein, unprocessed grains and unsaturated fats.
